Register For Your Rebates

Commission Rebates services allow you to receive regular refunds of fees and trailing commissions generated from a number of your financial products. You may not think there is much you can do about paying the fees on your investment or superannuation fund, fees are non-negotiable, right? Plus, you probably didn’t even know that there were trailing commissions being generated from your insurance and investment products, and being paid to financial advisors or providers. To put a stop to those fees and have those commissions paid to you instead, all you have to do is request a refund by registering now with Commission Rebates.

What Will be Included in Your Commission Rebates Refund?

If you are of working age, have a family, a house or an investment portfolio, then your financial products are generating commissions which are making someone else rich. When you register with Commission Rebates, you can be refunded entry fees, referral fees and commissions from the following products:

  • Superannuation fund. The entry fees charged on your own and your employer contributions will be stopped. This can save you as much as 5% of each contribution. You can also start receiving the trailing commissions generated from your super fund, which can be between 0.4 and 1.2% of the balance of your account.
  • Allocated pension account. When you retire and roll over your superannuation to receive a regular pension, you continue to generate trailing commissions which can also be between 0.4 and 1.2% of the balance of your allocated pension account.
  • Managed fund investments. You could be being charged entry fees on your investment contributions, and be losing up to 5% of each contribution before it’s even had the chance to be invested. The trailing commissions being generated on your managed fund can also be between 0.4 and 1.2% of your investment fund amount.
  • Personal insurance policies. On life insurance or trauma insurance polices, trailing commissions of between 0.4 and 1.2% are being paid to the broker who sold you the policy, or are being retained directly by the insurance company who is running your policy.
  • Home loan. Home loans are expensive enough, and when you register with Commission Rebates you can receive trailing commissions paid back to you of between 0.15 and 0.20% of the balance of your loan.
  • Real estate agent fees. When a real estate agent sell your home, they will charge a commission of around 3% of the sale price. However, from their commission, the real estate agent will have to pay a referral fee, if you were introduced to them, this is usually around 20% of their commission so you could save thousands by registering with Commission Rebates and letting us introduce you.
  • Business banking and finance products. Business banks are eager for business customers and will pay a referral fee of around 0.5% of the balance of the business loan you apply for and this can be repaid to you if Commission Rebates refers you.
  • Commercial property finance. Financing for commercial property will pay the same referral fee, on average 0.5% of the balance of your commercial property loan.
  • Equipment financing. Financing your business needs to purchase equipment also often pays a referral fee of 0.5% of the financed amount.
  • Vehicle leasing. Before you lease vehicles for your business, let Commission Rebates refer you, and get back often thousands of dollars in referral fees.

How to Register for Commission Rebates

When you register with Commission Rebates, you nominate us to be the broker of your investment, home loan, superannuation, pension and insurance accounts, and the trailing commissions which were being paid to a broker or financial planner, are now paid to us. We then transfer those commissions into your refund account or a nominated bank account. To secure a refund of the referral fees banks and real estate agents pay, simply give us the name of the provider of your choice, and we will make the official introduction to receive the referral fee – we then refund that fee back to you. Register with Commission Rebates before:

  • Securing equipment financing.
